Remodeled Cabin on a secluded 260-acre Nature Preserve minutes from shopping, skiing, and dining in Park City. The preserve features miles of marked trails, an equestrian center, trail riding, and a full outdoor arena. Enjoy the seclusion and stay connected with high-speed "Wicked Fast" internet.

You will be enjoying the privacy of a complete home with a private master suite, two loft bedrooms, two remodeled bathrooms, a complete kitchen, washer and dryer, and spectacular views.

The space
Whether you are staying at the Guest Cabin or Stable Suite, there is always something great to experience at Rocky Point. Consider a visit from September through early October and enjoy the elk. A large herd of elk rut during the fall and guests can view and hear the bugling as the most dominant males compete for breeding rights.

If you need more room, the Stable Suite is available on the property and only a short walk from the Guest Cabin.

Guest access
The private road to the cabin is paved however it can be icy and snowy in the winter. Please plan to have 4-wheel drive or all wheel drive with snow tires in the winter months.

If using ride sharing during your visit in the winter, make sure their car has 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive otherwise they won't make it up the drive.

Other things to note
The cabin features high-speed internet, games, and a large smart TV, There is a grill outside on the deck and a fully functional kitchen.
