Newly renovated basement level studio apartment on an operating flower farm with hygge vibes and an adorable sauna just steps away from the apartment.
The space
ABOUT THE FARM...
We are taking a jubilee period on the farm from June 2025 until February 2027 to let the land rest. While we will not be growing the volume of flowers we normally do, the farm space will still be beautiful, with roses in May, native flowering plants spring and summer and dahlias in the fall.
Irvington Spring Farm has been a family-owned flower farm for the past 25 years. You'll find something new in the gardens or high tunnels each month... different things blooming, new things we’re working on, the inevitable change of nature and the seasons. We’re doing what we enjoy most: beautifying our corner of the world through flowers and helping pollinators.
We have flowers in bloom from early March to late October, but we're busy with farm chores year-round. If you enjoy gardening, you can see the behind the scenes and possibly take new gardening ideas home, regardless of when you visit.
We encourage you to walk around the farm. Enjoy the sights. Smell and listen. Take pictures. Bring your rod and fish in the pond. Have a glass of wine at sunset. Let our gardens be a respite from your busyness.
If you'd like, you are welcome to buy flowers by the bunch or bucket from the farm's cooler by picking out what you would like, and leaving your money or check in the basket on the shelf near the door.

Guests are not permitted in the main farmhouse unless they are part of the party who has rented the main farmhouse. In addition to the Rock Garden Room and the Farmhouse, there is one additional Airbnb unit on the property above the garage, so it's likely that you'll see other guests around the premises during your stay. Every unit has a separate entrance and there are no shared indoor spaces, only exterior spaces such as the gardens and lawn are shared.
Other things to note
This space is a basement apartment connected to a large farmhouse that's also available to rent on Airbnb, so there's a good chance you'll see other guests on the property during your stay, but with 3+ acres to explore, there's plenty of room to find solitude.
If you're in town for a wedding or graduation and are part of a large group, feel free to message us and we can share the listings for our other spaces with you so that you can all stay together.
