Welcome to Rochester Ranch! Thoughtfully updated 50s home blending mid century charm with modern comfort, nestled in the quiet community of Sheboygan Falls. This corner lot, single story, family friendly, 3 bed 1 bath home is designed to feel both stylish and relaxed. Original character details meet fresh updates, including a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a refreshed bathroom, and curated living spaces perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the area.

The space
1 master bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with a queen, and a room with a trundle bed (one full and one double pull out). All bedrooms have sound machines, floor fans and darkening shades. Pack n Play, mattress and sheets available along with a high chair. Driveway is large enough for 3-4 vehicles or a car hauler. The kitchen is fully equipped and refreshed with new appliances, regular coffee maker, tea kettle, new Keurig and pods, toaster and airfryer. The dining area is smaller but fits six at the table. Bathroom is refreshed with plenty of towels, makeup towels and wipes, Native shampoo and conditioner, children’s soap, hairdryer and Q-tips. Steamer, iron, two hair dryers, a small straightener, makeup mirrors, first aid kit included. 65” TV, and living room fit 6 comfortably.
