Nestled in the open countryside and with fantastic views. Robins cottage is situated beside the family run farm and we live on site.

Our guesthouse has been tastefully decorated and has all the necessary equipment you will need for your stay.

You have the whole Annex to yourselves and access to garden and children’s play area shared with my family.

Just 5 minutes by car into the local town, Cookstown. We are centrally located for exploring all parts of Northern Ireland easily.

The space
The cottage is self catering and you have the use of a smart TV, free WiFi, fully equipped modern kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with a double bunk bed. Linen and towels are provided. We have a 2 night minimum stay, Check in from 3pm and Check out at 11am (can be flexible) Tea, coffee, sugar, butter, jam and bread are available in a welcome basket. Dishwasher tablets, washing pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet roll are also available. Ironing board, iron, hair dryer, spare pillows, cleaning equipment and first aid kit are all available and located in cupboard.
