Self-check-in is available via smart lock for a smooth arrival. Detailed instructions will be sent once guest registration is completed prior to your arrival.

We recommend planning pool use in advance, especially during busy days.
On-site conveniences include Lawson convenience store, laundromat, and nail spa and salon within the premises

Guest Registration & Smart Door Access
All guests must complete the required Google Form registration and submit a valid ID before check-in. The registration must be accomplished prior to check-in to allow proper coordination with the Security and Management Offices. Only registered guests will be allowed entry.
🔐 Smart door access details will be sent 1 hour before check-in, once all registration requirements have been completed.
Robee’s Hive is a quiet, family-friendly space and is not suitable for parties, loud gatherings, or events.
