The space
This thoughtfully prepared 2-bedroom unit is designed to make you feel settled and at ease. The living room offers a comfy sofa perfect for movie nights, while the dining area creates a welcoming space for family meals.
The kitchen is equipped for simple cooking, and the overall atmosphere is calm, clean, and relaxing. Located inside a peaceful residential community, the environment is ideal for guests who prefer a secure and quiet stay rather than a party setting.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire 2-bedroom unit, including the living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony.
Self check-in is available via smart lock for a smooth and convenient arrival. Detailed instructions will be sent prior to check-in once the required guest registration is completed.
Guests may also enjoy select community amenities, including:
• Swimming pool (available Monday–Wednesday only, subject to PMO rules and fees)
• Open areas and playground
For security reasons, only registered guests listed in the booking are allowed entry into the property.
Other things to note
Robee’s Hive is located inside a private residential community with established security and amenity guidelines. We kindly ask guests to observe community rules during their stay.
🏊 Swimming Pool Access
• Available for guests Monday to Wednesday only
• Pool fee: ₱200 per person, payable directly to the Property Management Office (PMO)
• Maximum of 5 guests per unit
• PMO registration and wristband are required
• Subject to availability and condo guidelines
• Not available to guests on weekends and holidays
We recommend planning pool use in advance, especially during busy days.
🛂 Guest Registration
All guests must complete the required registration form and submit a valid ID before check-in for security approval. Only registered guests will be allowed entry.
🚗 Parking
Visitor parking is paid and subject to availability, managed by the PMO. Parking slots are not guaranteed.
Robee’s Hive is a quiet, family-friendly space and is not suitable for parties, loud gatherings, or events.
