Guest access
The place is offered to guests for DAILY, WEEKLY or MONTHLY stays. With a set 10% discount for weekly stays and 20% discount for monthly stays. More inclusions offered to long-staying guests (1-week stay and longer). Reach out with the host for further information.
Additionally, the unit has newly-installed WASHING MACHINE, a front load 10.5kg washer and 7kg dryer combo, for use strictly by week-long & month-long guests only.
Displayed rate is for ROOM USE only. It is intentionally set as FIXED rate for 1-4pax max plus Airbnb fee, with no additional charges for additional pax or cleaning fee to be more direct to guests.
Additionally, guests are welcome to use the SWIMMING POOL for a fee:
* Php 150/pax/day during regular days
* Php 300/pax/day during holidays
Fame Residences has 2 sets of swimming pool (adult+kiddie pool/set). Cleaning & maintenance is scheduled on Mondays (for Pool 1) & Tuesdays (for Pool 2). Pool access is available everyday from 6AM till 10PM, with a designated security guard on duty to check the guests in the area.
Pool vouchers are available at the Property Management's Office. Alternatively, pre-advise the host so it can be made available during your visit at cost. Following PMO's policy, we can accommodate maximum of 4pax for this booking. This policy is set forth for crowd control and safety of the guests.

For the ultimate R&R experience, we are offering the following services for your convenience:
1. In-house Massage Service
- to be performed by a professional massage therapist with a TESDA certificate and DOH license.
* Effective July 1, 2025 Rate: starts at Php 500/hour, minimum of 2 hrs.
Book an appointment 2 days prior target stay for proper scheduling.

2. R&R Honesty store
- offering a variety of not-too-fancy snack options, aimed to fill your immediate need or craving saving you the time and effort to physically go to the store and buy it yourself. This offers convenience and comfort for a more relaxing stay.
* Rate: Sticker prices are attached to the packaging of each item.
Payment can be done through GCash, BDO transfer or Cash.
Items are placed in labelled Honesty store boxes in the dining area and inside the ref.
3. R&R Personal shopper
- this is the next level of service, offering our guests the full experience of R&R Feels, where everything that you will need/use will be purchased and prepared for you in time for your stay. Guests can take the pleasure of enjoying the long-awaited rest & relaxation without the hustle and bustle of the shopping experience.
* Rate: Total amount on the receipt + Transport fee (only if necessary) + Php 200 Personal shopper fee
