Luxurious 3 bedroom Estate w/ private bath for ea. room located 5 mins from Aqua & the State Park. The fully equipped kitchen w/ wrap-around bar seating, cozy living rm w/ fireplace, and master loft suite w/ whirlpool tub were designed w/ luxury & comfort in mind. Unwind by the fire pit, while enjoying breathtaking panoramic Lake views from the spacious deck. Pull your boat into the boat slip & get on the water w/ease. Relax or grill by the pool. Designed to make every stay unforgettable.
The space
Each of the 6 Estates offers a fully equipped gourmet kitchen w/ bar seating, a spacious living room, dining area, smart TV, & half bathrm on the main) level. Upstairs is a loft-style master suite w/ a king bed, whirlpool tub, separate shower, double vanities, and 2 walk-in closets. The lower level includes a bedroom w/ a king or queen bed and a private bathrm attached as well as a 3rd bedroom w/ a queen bed and day bed with a private bathrm attached. There is an office area under the stairs w/ an additional twin bed to accommodate a 9th guest and laundry closet w/ washer & dryer . Enjoy the balcony w/ lake views, boat slip, pool, BBQ area, and access to a private Marina. There are 6 Estates if you are interested in a large group booking.
Guest access
6 side by side Estates available for short term and long term rentals. Private access to a boat slip for guest use (additional available for rent), swimming pool, BBQ area and fire pit tables for guest use. Parking and trailer parking available. Great for fishing Tournaments, family reunions, corporate retreats, weekend getaways, short and long term stays!
Other things to note
There are stairs to access the entrance to each Estate as well three levels inside. There is no bedroom on the main level however we can arrange a queen blow up mattress or twin roll away bed. The pool is seasonal. There is trailer parking. Long Term stays are welcomed at a discounted rate. Please place all trash in dumpster and all pets must be declared and a pet fee will be applied. Loss of Marina Keys will result in a fine. Management has the right to charge the guest for any and all damages to any property or excessive mess.
