Enjoy private river access along the New River in this newly constructed retro-themed guest house with 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom as well as a half bathroom in the laundry room. Convenient to Galax VA and Sparta NC. Circular gravel driveway allows full access with back door ramps from the driveway. Sit on the wide porch and enjoy views of the New River. The inside has refinished antique sinks, cabinets and furniture.

4 full size bedrooms with 3 Queen size beds and 1 bedroom with Twin beds and all have full baths with private access from each bedroom. Half bath off of the Den/kitchen area includes washer/dryer available.
