Just off the media room is a sunroom with a poker table, complete with poker chips and cards for your gaming pleasure. Don't miss the covered deck just off the sunroom, with comfortable outdoor seating and fire table. You'll also find a bedroom on this floor with a queen bed and twin trundle, as well as a full bath with standing shower.
🍽️ Comfortable Gathering Spaces
Up the stairs to the second floor you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining, living room with 70" TV, sitting room, and a cozy workspace, complete with a half bath off the hall. This floor also boasts a spacious screened-in deck for relaxing or entertaining with comfortable seating, fire table, and a full outdoor dining table, as well as an uncovered section of deck with gas grill and Adirondack chairs.

Up one more level to the top floor and you'll find the remaining three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom's private ensuite bath features a shower/tub combo and walk-in closet, while the other two bedrooms attach to a jack & jill bath with a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom includes a TV ready for your favorite streaming services, as well as dressers for you to be able to unpack and feel right at home.

Guest access
We have two locked doors marked "private" that contain owner supplies and are not to be accessed at any time. In the garage, we have a separate storage area that is also locked and marked private.
Outside of that, you will have access to the entire home during your stay.
Other things to note
The River Vale is located in a residential neighborhood with full-time residents as neighbors, many of whom work from home during the day. We ask that you do not disturb them during your stay under any circumstances, and that you remain respectful of all residents at all times.
Our home is equipped with exterior cameras around the perimeter as well as a noise monitoring system that will automatically alert both us and the guest when noise exceeds a reasonable volume.
Our driveway and garage provide ample room for parking 3-4 cars easily. At no time should you park on the street. Our streets are narrow and are not designed to safely accommodate street parking.
