Gorgeous 180 degree views! Relax and enjoy the vibe and views at the River Tiki. This home offers a salt water pool, stunning views of the mountains and a peek a boo River view. It is centrally located to enjoy many of the city amenities. Three miles away from the Sports Park/Rotary Park. Five miles from Laughlin. One mile away from the Colorado River and 10 miles from Katherine Landing at Lake Mohave. A peaceful home and neighborhood where you can relax and unwind.

The space
The River Tiki is a three bedroom home with a salt water pool. Full size kitchen is perfect to create family meals. Ten foot dining room table turns into a shuffle board table for your enjoyment. The primary bedroom includes a king bed with ensuite bathroom, 45" tv, closet and dressers. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, open closet with organizer. The third bedroom includes two twin beds and two storage trunks. Living room has a 70" tv and two comfortable, leather couches. Ample parking spaces in the front with enough room to park boat/ski trailer. Please see listing photos for example on how to park a car with trailer. Laundry room available with washer and dryer. Home has a soft water system and a reverse osmosis spicket in the kitchen for drinking water. Home is perfect for a family getaway.

Five security cameras on premise, outside only. Cameras monitor the front driveway, front door, side and back yard.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire home, back yard and laundry room. Laundry room is located in a separate room on the back porch. Garage access is not available. Ample parking in the front and driveway. Other things to note
Maximum amount of guests at the property is 6, unless prior approval given at time of booking.
Unregistered guests are not permitted and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.
This home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood.
Parties of any kind (more than 6 total people on the property) are not allowed.
Quiet hours conform to city noise ordinance from 10pm to 7am.
Minimum age to book is 25.
Person booking must have a favorable review history with Airbnb.
Person booking must be present during the entire rental.
Pool does not have a heater.
Thermostat is set for a 20 degree swing max from outside temperature. If doors are left open and AC runtime is excessive the unit may freeze and result in an emergency technician extra charge of $250. New AC unit installed November 2025.
