The space
Welcome to your perfect Prince Edward Island getaway! This cozy 3-bedroom cottage offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, while still being just 20 minutes from downtown Charlottetown.
Located just minutes from the PEI National Park (Dalvay) and Tracadie Beach, the cottage is ideal for beach lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Spend your days exploring beautiful white and red-sand beaches, scenic coastal trails, and dunes, all just minutes away. Enjoy direct river access a short walk from the property—perfect for peaceful kayaking, canoeing, fishing, or simply soaking in the serene island surroundings.
Golf enthusiasts will love being close to Prince Edward Island’s world-class golf courses, known for stunning coastal views and top-tier design. Several exceptional courses are within easy driving distance, making this cottage a great home base for a golf getaway.
The cottage is also conveniently located about 45 minutes from Cavendish, home to iconic beaches, family attractions, and the famous Green Gables heritage sites.
The outdoor spaces invite relaxation—unwind on the outdoor patios with your morning coffee or gather in the evenings around the fire pit for stargazing, stories, and marshmallow roasting.
Inside, the cottage is cozy and comfortable, thoughtfully designed for families, couples, or small groups. After a day of beach hopping, golfing, or exploring Charlottetown and Cavendish, return to your peaceful retreat and enjoy the charm of island living.
There are three bedrooms in the cottage. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a patio door that leads out to a private deck. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a single over double bunkbed.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. We provide a drip coffee maker and supply coffee for your use. If you prefer to cook outside, we provide a bbq and propane.
For quiet days at the cottage, there are lots of board games and a 55” TV. There is also high speed internet so you can stay connected.
Whether you’re here for beaches, golf, paddling calm river waters, or relaxing by the fire, this cottage offers the perfect balance of nature, comfort, and convenience.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. Public access to river is steps away from the property.
