Welcome to a unique stay at our family-owned marina, tucked along a calm, scenic river in Old Lyme. This cozy houseboat offers a peaceful place to slow down, unplug, and enjoy life on the water — while still having the comfort of land close by.

We live on the property and are nearby if you need anything, but we fully respect your privacy.

Guest access
Guest will have full access to both the marina and houseboat while staying. We will have a picnic area designated for guest with a grill and firepit to use. We also have a full bathroom with shower toilet and vanity on site that’s used just for our air bnb guest. This is a perfect trial run if you've dreamed of living in a tiny home. River access and a list of activities will be provided for guest upon arrival. Easy close access to Rocky Neck state park and the beach just a minute away.

The houseboat is permanently secured to the dock located on our family-owned marina located on the Four Mile River, which backs up to Rocky Neck State Park. Water access is available onsite with several beach access available close by.

My mother was a single mom of three littles so we moved quiet a bit because of lack of income. During those big chances the way we always made sure we felt home in whatever place we landed was to make each space comfortable and cozy and feel like a place we could feel safe and relaxed. We may not have been able to afford a lot but home was always the place we wanted to be. I am really enjoying giving my guest the same .. A place to breathe!
