Riverfront Rental Sits on a quiet street in downtown South Elgin. This home gives you complete access to the Fox River. The bedrooms are on the main level, along with a beautiful kitchen featuring cherry cabinets and an island with breakfast bar, and an awesome four-season porch overlooking the backyard and the beautiful river setting. The second-level loft has great natural light . Outside, you'll find concrete patio and walkway, and stairs leading down to the river and firepit. no pets

please recycle- the small trash with the lid is for recyclables -the tall trash can is for trash ( in the kitchen) - the large blue trash bins outside are label.

NO FOOD down the kitchen sink- there is NO garbage disposal.

Other things to note
No party. no smoking inside of the house. if you you or your guests smoke outside please collect your cigarette buds due to the wildlife.
keep the flames low when using the firepit , the winds can pick up quickly.

we use newpaper to light the fire pit you can fined some in the back porch in a item shape like a boat
