Come stay at our peaceful place with endless views of the Rogue River, wildlife and picture perfect sunsets. Enjoy a stroll over to the walking bridge to a great park with a playground, sports parks and fishing. There are restaurants and pubs minutes away for a quick bite. We are only five minutes away from down town Grants Pass!

The space
This apartment is a multilevel living space. The entry room is the only room downstairs. There are beautiful views from the second story. There is a generous sized deck that overlooks wildlife and the Rogue River, furnished with outdoor furniture on an oversized deck. You are able to watch the horse races, soccer and other activities year round from the kitchen and office window.
The Grants Pass Downs, horse racing tracks are close by. Seasonally, you will see horse tamers temporarily reside at the track and you might even catch a race or two!

~Early 2025, we have installed a new roof and a complete solar system to create eco friendly living.
We updated the shower and flooring in the bathroom.
We are currently replacing siding as funds come in to make a full update of this gem we hope you enjoy as much as we do!

Guest access
You are able to access free parking in the front of the apartment just off the street. The entrance to The River Bend rental is on the side of the building through a man-gate. There are close neighbors but our guests still feel safe and at peace with nature and a dead end road. There isn't a landscaped area for this place, but we highly recommend walking to the park, just down the street. There is a walking bridge that goes over the Rogue River!
You are given your own private code to enter at your time of check in. This gives you access during you stay.

Other things to note
The house rules are located in the Living room on the television mantal. If there is any questions or concerns, the guests are given a number to call.

***There are cameras at this property. There is one in the parking area and one on the entrance side. This security system is for the Host. There are no cameras within the building.

***The Host is not responsible for any break ins and/or damages to your vehicles.

***Absolutely NO mail will be delivered to this residence. There are PO Box mail distribution buildings to use instead. Packages will be upon talking to the Host for details.

***There is absolutely no tolerance for damages of this property. The guest will be fully responsible for the damages taken place during the stay.

***Service Animals, Emotional Support Animals, or any licensed animals for working dogs will need to have their paperwork on hand for any given reason. There are many animals on this street and we want you as our guest and our neighbors to be safe.

***ANY animals in River Bend must have a pet deposit to stay, must be potty trained, kennel trained, and not left unaccompanied at the rental.

***If there are any damages to the property by the animals, children, or anyone else, there will be a full reimbursement from the guest. AND a bad review will be given to Airbnb and any other social media to let other Hosts and Land Lords know of the matter. Honesty is key to a wonderful stay for guests and Host.

Neighborhood highlights

There are three parks walking distance away from your stay. Tussing Park, Reinhart Volunteer Park, and Riverside park.
You have a walking path that leads to a shopping center and many restaurants.
The Grants Pass Downs is close enough you can watch a race or two from your windows.
The Hellgate Jet Boat Excursions and Taprock restaurant are right down the road as well. What a great area to be so close to so many places!
