The space
Primary bedroom features a king-size bed with AC/USB outlets on both sides, a 55" TV, a walk-in closet, a desk, and private bathroom

Secondary bedroom features a queen-size bed with AC/USB outlets, a 55" TV, and a desk

Kitchen has plenty of counter space and an island for cooking and baking

Living room has a sofa bed (queen mattress), 65" TV, a record player, board games, and a pet couch cover

Backyard with pickleball, basketball court, & putting green (please no play after 10:00pm)

The driveway entrance is narrow, but can accommodate 4-5 cars

*Note: There is an airforce base nearby that has planes doing test flights periodically during the day, which is noisy. If you work graveyard (overnight shift) and sleep during the day, please reconsider booking.
At night, it's quiet and I have a noise machine and earplugs just in case.

**Someone comes to roll out the garbage bin from the side of the home every Thursday and brings it back Friday after trash pick-up

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
If any problems or concerns arise, notify me immediately and I will do my best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

For non-emergency issues, I don't send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only afterwards.

All guests must be 21 years old or older except for children with parents. 6 people max. Nightly rate increases after 4 guests. Please state accurate guest count.

Early check-in/late check-out possible if home is available and ok with cleaner's schedule. Arrangement and payment of 1/2 the night's rate required beforehand.

Please book with honesty. We are a drug-free, illegal activity-free, and party-free zone!

Failure to comply will result in fees and possible eviction without refund

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power-outages/acts of God/other things out of our control

Small gatherings are potentially allowed with an additional fee ($75) to haul away extra trash. Please arrange with me ahead of time.
