[Important] For foreign nationals who do not have an address in Japan (please present your passport)
In accordance with the Hotel Business Law and its enforcement regulations, we always ask foreign guests who do not have an address in Japan to present their passport at check-in.
In addition, based on the notification from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, we will obtain a copy of your passport and keep it with the guest list.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we take steps to comply with the law.
Advance notice request: For anniversaries, parties, etc., please declare the purpose, number of people, and details in advance (without advance notice, we will not make special arrangements or prepare equipment).
Terms of use: We do not allow guests under the age of 18 to stay.No entry or use of the restricted area.
Smoking: The entire building (including guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas) is non-smoking.If smoking (including heated and electronic) and cigarette butts or residual odors are confirmed, we will charge a special cleaning and deodorizing fee and any necessary expenses.
Contamination (dyeing, etc.): No staining of wallpaper, floors, curtains, etc. in the facility.If contamination occurs, you will be charged a restoration fee.
Blockage of water: Blockage of kitchen sinks, toilets, bathrooms, etc. (including intentional or negligent) will be charged for restoration and repair costs.
Damage or loss: If any damage, soiling, or loss of equipment or facilities occurs, please contact us promptly with a photo.Depending on the contents, we will charge repair costs, replacement costs, labor costs, etc.
Loss of opportunity (business compensation): If we determine that it is difficult to provide the room/facility due to damage, soiling, smoking, blockage, etc., we will charge for the actual cost of repair, special cleaning, etc., in addition to business compensation (loss of opportunity) for the period.
Check-in/out: Check-in 3 pm, Check-out 11 am.Please restore and tidy up the room to its original condition, except for the linen, when you leave.
Extension fee: Early check-in 1 hour 10,000 yen.Late check-out until 12: 00 is 20,000 yen.After 12: 00, the basic accommodation fee for the next day will be charged.
Fire: No open flames (bonfires, candles, etc.) are allowed in the building.
Fireworks: Handheld only around the swing in front of the entrance, until 20: 00 (no fireworks inside the building, etc.).You may be asked to leave immediately upon confirmation).
BBQ: 8 pm is a guide, and it should be cleaned up by 9 pm.
Child safety: Children are not allowed to use the bath or kitchen alone (they must be accompanied by an adult).
Noise (important): Loud noise such as karaoke/performing music, etc. is allowed until 8 pm (from 9 am).If there is a complaint or police response due to noise, nuisance behavior, or microphone use after 8 pm, you may be asked to leave immediately.
Outdoor use: Outdoor use with the glass door open (outdoor performances, etc.) is until 5 pm.
