Welcome to Rincon Relax, a cozy 2-bedroom house up in a hill, in Rincon that provides a stylish, relaxing experience in a quiet area near downtown Rincon. The Balneario beach is a few minutes away. Ideal for two couples or a small group of friends. Private patio with pool, partial ocean view, and BBQ. Fully equipped for the perfect beach vacation. Bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioner. Battery backup for refrigerator and one multiplug, water tank.

The space
Rincon Relax is a beautiful house in a cul de sac at the top of a hill, just a three-minute drive from the Balneario (Public) Beach and a short from the downtown bars, restaurants, and entertainment in Downtown. It features an open concept design with a full kitchen, balcony, and backyard with a private pool where you can relax and enjoy. Two bedrooms with one queen-size bed on each one and two full bathrooms. The house is beautifully decorated and features a macrame swing in the receiving area, where you can get a lovely photoshoot. The property also has three SMART Roku TVs so that you can stream your favorite shows with our high-speed internet service.

Guest access
The house has free parking space for two cars in front of the house at no additional cost. If you're up for a hike, you can walk to the beach and downtown.

Other things to note
Air conditioner in both rooms and family/dining area. There are also ceiling fans in both guest rooms, as well as in the kitchen and living room. Beach towels and beach chairs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas stove, air fryer, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, coffee mugs, cups, and silverware. The house is at the top of a hill. Quiet hours begin at 8:00 pm, and no parties are allowed.
