The vista westward includes El Faro, Domes, Desecheo Island, and the nicest sunsets to be seen anywhere. Enjoy your coffee on the veranda watching the red tail hawks soar over the forest below. Domes, Marias, Indicators, Spanish Wall beaches all within a quick 10-15 minute hike down through the forest trails. Your quiet, secluded, tropical luxury getaway is right here.

The space
This 320sf studio apartment has a newly updated interior that features a new Queen 12" memory foam bed. Full size refrigerator, new cabinets and tile make the apartment functional and bright. A beautiful walk in shower complete with a 40Gallon hot water tank for long luxurious showers! Broadband WIFI allows you to sit by the pool to work and browse at your convenience.

Guest access
The condominium swimming pool is open for guest use. It is shared with the other 8 condo units. Usually there is less than half occupancy at the complex so the pool is lightly used. There is lots of quiet and privacy to enjoy at the pool and on the surrounding condo manicured grounds.
