We do not have direct access to the beach through the condominium. There is a beach at a short walking-distance (~3-5 mins), or if you prefer, you can take a quick drive.

This apartment does not offer a power generator for the inside of the apartment. However, common areas such as elevators, hallways, parking, and gates will be powered by a common generator.
