The space
This small but efficient home has been recently renovated and fully furnished with your comfort and ease of use in mind.

The main area of the home is an open concept kitchen/living room space separated by a custom kitchen island and bar stools. The comfy, salsa-red couch is the perfect place to eat normal meals via the rolling coffee table... or enjoyed in the warm Arizona air on the private, covered rear patio.

A King-sized bed is offered in the bedroom, as well as a roll-away twin bed tucked in the closet. Combined with the couch itself, we believe that no more than 2 adults and 1 child/smaller person can comfortably sleep in the home. If your party has 4+ people, consider staying at Rillito Path 2 next door, with capacity for 5-7 and a private yard space.

Not interested in spending every evening exploring local restaurants? Save time & money by making your own meals in the fully-stocked kitchen, including locally-roasted coffee & tea bar.

Are you in town to ride road bikes? If so, you picked the right spot! As a long-time cyclist & former triathlon coach, I'd be happy to share my collection of 30+ local cycling routes starting from the property as "base camp" to create your own fantasy winter cycling camp. Come see why so many pro cyclists & triathletes call Tucson their home as well!

Guest access
The home can be accessed via the key-less lock on the front door. Please contact the host directly in the event of an accidental lockout or to reset the access code.

Use one or all of the 3 parking spaces immediately in front of the home, as well as the RV/electric vehicle charging station to on left side of home.

Please do not block the semi-circular driveway.

Other things to note
I live right next door, so please let me know if you have questions or are in need of anything.

Neighborhood highlights

Sandwiched between the popular Winterhaven subdivision to the west and a mixed residential/industrial use to the east, the area offers an eclectic mix of demographics. Several new, custom homes dot the area, but the property is also a short walk from a local bus stop, gas station and several affordable apartment & mobile home housing communities. So as such we do see a fair amount of foot traffic along the main road.

My work: Real Estate Agent, Investor
Welcome to the American Southwest! My name is Patrick and I'm a transplant from Nashville, TN who loves living on the west coast. My day job is in real estate sales, where I focus on helping newer investors buy their first (or next) investment property in Tucson, and am putting my money where my mouth is by house-hacking a triplex and creating renovated AirBnB rentals out of the vacant units. As you might have guessed, I *LOVE* being a cyclist in Tucson and am happy to share my experiences and stories with you if you're into all that. I relocated to AZ to be a triathlon coach, and can say emphatically it's one of the best places in the world to be a cyclist... for half the year anyway. And since we're bike path adjacent, there are ways to get out and explore it all!
