Riley Beach Cottage sits on stilts just a few feet above the east shore of Tomales Bay. The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. The space
Open plan living room, kitchen, and dining area with full bay views. Main bedroom with bay view from its queen bed, and windows on two sides. Second sleeping area is a narrow "bunk room" with two twin beds. Has TV/sitting room that opens to the private deck and outdoor hot tub.

Two parking spaces available just past the cottage.

Other things to note
Small dogs are permitted, contingent on approval by owner and an additional $75 cleaning fee. We ask that owners clean up after dogs and keep them on leash.

Nick's Cove is one mile north. Hog Island Oysters and Tony's Seafood are a couple miles to the south. Tomales is an amazing little town 7 miles north with an excellent bakery. Valley Ford (a ten minute drive north of Tomales) is the gateway to Sonoma County's epicurean wonderland of seafood eateries, wineries, pie shops, microbreweries, bakeries and other gastronomic extravaganzas. Equally great food, State Parks and Point Reyes National Seashore can be found 12 miles to the south in Point Reyes Station. If good eating, amazing scenery and exercising are on your list, this is the place to do it!
