This house is a super comfortable holiday home, perfect for enjoying the sun and harmony around every corner inside, or outside.
Direct access to the beach from the urbanisation.
Laundry is outside, but still in the community, charged by use.
Gated community with ample parking.

The space
The property has been newly refurbished in 2023, keeping in mind the perfect comfort for a marvellous holiday.
Downstairs there is 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom and there is a sofa bed in the living-room upstairs, which is very easy to open and gives space for further 1 adult, or 2 kids. Please note that this bed is 100cm wide.
Kitchen fully equipped and new as well.
Private garden, BBQ.

Guests are free to use every facilities from the community, like: parking, 3 small and 1 main pool, the grass area by the beach, dryer and washer behind the reception. (Tokens need to be purchased at the reception)
