This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Nice and colorful apartment with great panoramic views to the surrounding hills and river Cosia with private parking garage included. It is located about 15 mins walk from University and Como Borghi station. 20-25 minutes stroll will get you to Como città murata (old town).

The space
The apartment consists of tiny entrance hall, kitchen with private balcony, living room with reclining couch-bed, separate bedroom and bathroom.

Bedroom is equipped with double bed (160 x 200cm) with high-grade cotton/lyocell sheets, bedside tables, reading lights, clothes hanger for your every-day needs. The window faces the mountain side and small garden of the neighbours.

The bathroom has been completely renovated in December 2025 and is equipped with shower, sink, anti-fog mirror, WC, bidet and washing machine. Hotel-grade amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion) are provided, along with cotton bath robes and slippers.

The living room is furnished with armchair, coffee table, wardrobe, work-desk, 43' Toshiba TV and reclining couch, which transforms into 110 x 200 single bed by adding 5 cm memory-foam mattress. The sheets are also in high-grade cotton/lyocell. The blankets and pillows are hypoallergenic.

In the wardrobe you'll find iron and the board.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, gas cooker, microwave oven, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dining table for 4, full set of dishes and cutlery. Direct access to outside balcony with coffee table for 2, allows you to enjoy morning coffee or evening aperitivo in the sun or in the shade of folding canopy. From the balcony you can see the surroundings from Parrocchia di Lora church and Tower of Castel Baradello, along the banks of river Cosia to the hills of Spina Verde.

Recently installed dual split Samsung air conditioners in the bedroom and living room keep the ambience cool during hot summer months.

Garage for 1 car is included. Inside dimensions 2,4m x 5,0m. Entrance gate width - 2,3m.
The garage building is located 50 meters from the apartment, it is not attended and no responsibility for the car is assumed.
The apartment is located on the second floor (there is no elevator). There is a bicycle rack for 2 bicycles inside the building entrance hall.

Since 01/05/2013 the Municipality of Como has introduced the city-tax. The tax amount from 01/01/2024 is 3 € per person per night for the maximum of 4 nights per stay and has to be paid in cash upon arrival. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
According to local law (art. 109 T.U.L.P.S), guest information with photo ID must be provided for every person (including children/infants) at check-in and this information will be communicated to the Local police. The maximum number of people (including children and infants), that can stay in the apartment is 3.
