Neighborhood highlights
Red Leaf Cottage is located in Brig O'Turk, which is a very picturesque quiet and friendly hamlet. From the doorstep there are wonderful walks and bike rides. The cottage is next to the owner's house but not overlooked by any neighbouring houses. It is a very private space. It is nestled between Loch Achray and Loch Venachar.
If you enjoy cycling, this is also the area for you. Fantastic trails for the mountain or gravel bike and cyclists visit from far and wide to cycle the neighbouring Dukes Pass. Loch Venachar is very popular for swimming. Lendrick Lodge, a holistic retreat, is half a mile away.
There is a lovely Tea Room (closed December to February) and a pub (The Byre Inn) that serves great meals within the village - an easy walk on the pavement to the other side of the village. In the village itself you can see red squirrel, deer and even sometimes Pine Marten.

We’ve lived in the Trossachs National Park for seven years. I work from home and am best able to rest when exploring the mountains by foot and on the mountain bike. We’ve travelled and moved a lot but really feel at home here. We look forward to welcoming you to The Ridings!
