• Guests have full, private access to the entire treehouse, including the wraparound balcony and gear closet.
• The Treehouse has its own separate driveway and entrance, apart from the Lodge.
• Self check-in is available via keypad smart lock for simple, flexible arrival.
• This is a shoe-free home; please remove footwear on entry.
• Street parking is prohibited in Angel Fire; please park in the designated space.
• In winter, AWD/4WD and chains are required on mountain roads. A plow service runs as needed, but please be prepared for extreme weather. Sierra Sol is not responsible for an inability to reach the property without a 4WD/AWD vehicle.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Only registered guests are permitted.
• The loft is reached by a ship's ladder and is not suitable for unsupervised small children or guests with mobility concerns.
• This is a high-elevation home at about 9,200 feet; take it easy and hydrate on your first day.
• No smoking, parties, or events.
• This is a quiet, private setting; please be respectful of the peace and the wildlife.
