Our 2 bedroom 2 bath guesthouse is a gem! Located in a quiet neighborhood in SE Medford with a garden and spacious back deck you'll be just a few minutes from downtown, both local hospitals, and the airport with easy access to the freeway. This home is just 20 minutes from downtown Ashland and Jacksonville. A great spot for families. Well-behaved pets welcome!

The space
This home has a modern but cosy feel with an eye to efficiency. We especially recommend the back deck as a wonderful spot to sip a morning cup of coffee.

Guest access
Front and back yard, deck, house and parking space in front of the main house. In the back of the property there is a shared driveway and a guesthouse we rent out separately.

Other things to note
Please only use street parking in front of the house and reserve the parking in the shared driveway for our guesthouse.
