Welcome to our private riad, a true haven of serenity located in Sidi Mimoun, one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in the Marrakesh medina. Nestled between the Palais Royal and the prestigious La Mamounia hotel, you will enjoy an exceptional location to discover the city on foot. The famous Jemaa el-Fnaa Square is only an 8-minute walk away, the Saadian Tombs are 5 minutes away, and the El Badi Palace and the Bahia Palace are about ten minutes away. The airport is about a 12-minute taxi ride away.
Upon arrival, you will discover a pleasant open-plan living space including a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining room, a comfortable living room and a Smart TV with IPTV providing access to channels from around the world. An electric fireplace creates a warm atmosphere and can also be used in heating mode depending on the season.
Upstairs, the riad has three independent suites, each with its own private bathroom to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. Two bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds and the third with two single beds, ideal for children or friends.
On the terrace, enjoy a pleasant private swimming pool (depth: 80 cm, width: 163 cm, length: 244 cm) to cool off after a day of exploring the souks and palaces of Marrakech. There is also an outdoor lounge, a shower and a toilet, perfect for making the most of sunny days.
Each morning, Nadia prepares a delicious Moroccan breakfast for you, included in your stay. If you want to discover local cuisine without leaving the riad, she can also prepare tasty homemade meals:
