You will have the place to yourself, whether you are 1 or 6 people! Located near the famous Jemaa el Fna square, the Mosaic riad promises you a cozy stay in a unique setting.
After a day in the bustling, colorful medina with its myriad scents, you can freshen up in the pool and enjoy the terrace/solarium overlooking Jemaa el-Fnaa Square and the Atlas Mountains.

The space
✨The riad is located in the immediate vicinity of Jemaa el Fna Square and the famous Rue des Princes and yet you will appreciate its great calm once you walk through the door!
🛒You will find all the useful shops and restaurants within a 2 min walk. Parking lots and taxis are a 5-minute walk away.
💦Its indoor pool, perfect for cooling off in the summer, promises you wonderful moments of relaxation!
🛌The riad consists of 3 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom.
!Note: as in all riads, there are stairs that lead to each level (detail in the description)
⌨️If some of you need to combine vacation and work, please note that the riad is equipped with high-speed fiber-optic internet.
👪Children are welcome, however the riad is not equipped to accommodate babies or perfectly suitable for young children due to its configuration on several levels and its openwork railings. Contact us for details.
✨The riad, starts on 4 levels with,
on the ground floor:
🪅The patio and its unique zellige fresco, specially made for the riad!
🛋️the living/dining room with tv and equipped kitchen that allow you to relax or work quietly and cool in summer.
🛌On the first level there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds which can be brought together to form a double bed 160. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
🛌 On the second level is the third bedroom with 1 double bed 160 with its bathroom.
🔆 Reversible air conditioning/heating in all 3 bedrooms.
💦The indoor pool is also on the second floor, outdoors.
Please note: As in most riads in the medina, there is a small pool for cooling off in the summer, not a hot tub or a swimming pool.
⛱️And finally on the third level you will find the terrace/solarium equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and outdoor lounge.
✨️🌟SOME USEFUL INFORMATION
✨The housekeeper is present for a few hours each day to clean your rooms and some of the riad's common areas. Her presence cannot be canceled, but you can arrange with her if certain hours suit you better than others.
🧽If you would like additional cleaning or laundry services, surcharges will be paid directly to the housekeeper.
🧽You rent the entire riad so the kitchen is at your disposal but the housekeeper is not in charge of cleaning what you use except of course, when she prepares a meal for you.
🍽️It is possible to order dinners with Moroccan flavors or gourmet breakfasts at extra cost.
Bottles of water will be available to you upon arrival then you can easily buy them 2 minutes walk from the riad.
🚖We offer an additional transfer service.
Since the medina is made up of a maze of derbs (pedestrian lanes), it will certainly be difficult for you to find your way around when you arrive, especially if it's late.
This service ensures you pick up as soon as you leave the airport to the riad.

The housekeeper's private toilet and the technical room are not accessible to guests.
Other things to note
🔸Samira is away one day a week. She may therefore be on leave 1 day during your stay.
🔸A set of 2 bath towels and 1 for the pool per person are available for the duration of the stay.
🔸For stays longer than 8 nights, an additional cleaning and laundry fee will be charged (between 500dh and 650dh depending on the number of days and people)
🔸In case of occupancy of less than 6 people, we kindly ask that you occupy the room specifically prepared for you.
Of course, if necessary, it will be possible to occupy another one.
