Riad Binebine: an exceptional private house to enjoy the Medina experience.
Breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine, relaxing moments by the pool, dinners under the lights of the riad. Fully private, it offers 6 bedrooms with bathrooms, large living areas, and several sitting rooms. A 7th single bedroom can be added upon request. Hotel service with daily housekeeping and cook. Up to 14 adults, with the option of adding beds for children.
The space
After 3 years of long work, we managed to create a riad house in the heart in the medina with a real rooftop pool which is very rare in Marrakech!
An atypical riad that combines old-fashioned charm, 70s-inspired decor, and modern comforts. The whole riad is air-conditioned and has the floor heating as well as a perfect wi fi connection.
The Riad is composed on the ground floor:
• A wooded patio with a beautiful jacaranda, lemon tree and mandarin tree and many corners for relaxing.
• A summer lounge with nearly 5 meters high ceilings, Mauritanian mat and fireplace open to the garden and pool.
• A winter dining room with a Prussian stove
• A kitchen reserved for our cook with free access to drinks, coffee...
Guests will not be able to cook themselves at the riad.
• A winter lounge with a fireplace and a 19th century painted ceiling.
• TV room with DVDs, library, and games console.
• A double bedroom "Chambre Benares" overlooking the patio: queen size bed or 2 single beds with shower room and WC

• 1 master suite "Chambre Bois de Fez": a king size bed + a dressing room + a bathroom with bath and shower
• 1 double bedroom "Chambre Babouche": one queen size bed or 2 single beds + shower room + toilet
• 1 double bedroom "Tangier Room": one queen size bed or 2 single beds + bathroom + toilet
• 1 double bedroom "Pondichery Room": one queen size bed or 2 single beds + shower room + toilet
• On request: 1 additional single bedroom with its own bathroom
On the terrace:
• 1 triple bedroom "Berber Room" with a king size bed + a Junior single bed + shower room + toilet
• 1 heated pool 8 x 3 meters in tadelakt

Here's a few important things to know to make the most of your stay:
Cleaning service: Our cleaning team comes every morning to clean the riad and redo the rooms. If you prefer that the staff does not enter your room or do not come at all during your stay, please let us know as soon as you arrive
Sheets are changed once a week and towels are changed every 3 days.
. Pool and garden maintenance: The heated pool and the garden receive daily maintenance to ensure their cleanliness and proper functioning . The swimming pool is heated from 1st October until 1st May
. The pool on the terrace is heated from October 15 to April 15 (except in January, as the weather does not allow use of the pool). We reserve the right to extend or restrict these dates depending on weather conditions. The pool is not heated if it rains.
Heating: around 26 degrees
Kitchen: The kitchen is not accessible to guests but our stove is available to prepare meals on request (24h notice)
. Home Manager: Our Home Manager will be on hand to welcome you, organize your trips, activities or meals and answer any questions you may have. He is here to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
. Ramadan: During Ramadan we can prepare meals but the dinner service will not be provided by the staff.
• As per local regulations, we do not sell alcohol at the riad.
Guests may, however, bring their own alcohol and enjoy it in a reasonable and discreet manner, keeping proof of purchase.
