The riad is centered around a bright, sun-filled patio and extends its charm across three floors.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a magnificent, bright patio and a soothing central fountain. The riad's traditional architecture combines Moroccan craftsmanship with modern comforts, creating the perfect blend of style and relaxation.

Our riad has two spacious and elegantly decorated rooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. The rooms feature comfortable beds, fine linens and plenty of storage space. All rooms are air-conditioned.

The riad also features a comfortable and welcoming lounge, where you can relax after a day exploring Marrakech.

On the roof, you can enjoy a beautiful terrace with a lovely view of the famous Jamaa El Fna Mosque and the Atlas Mountains☀️.

You can connect to Wi-Fi free of charge throughout the Riad.

Cleaning and meals :

During your stay, Latifa will come by every day to take care of the housework and prepare your breakfasts from 9 a.m, which are included.

At your request, she can also take care of your meals and prepare Moroccan specialties such as tajine, couscous, briouats or tanjia...


🚕 📍Airport transfer and excursions :

Our manager Oualid can pick you up at the airport. The price is 20 € for a private transfer for 2 - 4 people.

You have exclusive use of the entire riad which is equipped with super high-speed internet access throughout the whole property including on the roof terrace. Relax indoor in the air-conditioned grand salon with access to Netflix and other streaming services on the large smart TV.

Other things to note
Access to the Riad by persons other than the tenants is strictly forbidden without the prior agreement of the owner.

Articles 489, 490 and 503 of Moroccan law must be scrupulously observed. The consumption of any illicit substance is strictly prohibited inside the Riad.

In the event of non-compliance with the booking conditions, we will be obliged to ask you to leave the house without compensation or refund of your stay.
