Riad Bouhalla is a cozy, very spacious and traditional town villa (Riad) in the middle of the old town (very central and yet quiet), fully equipped and with its own roof terrace for up to 10 guests.

As hosts, we are here for you, bringing you closer to the culture and the country and providing a feeling of "being at home".

The space
Riad Bouhalla is your ideal place to stay for a shorter or longer trip to Marrakech (also for larger groups such as families and business trips). In cooperation with local artisans and artists, an oasis is at your disposal right in the center.

The entire property exclusively (!) for you spread over the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor:
- 5 separate bedrooms with double beds or 2 single beds (twin) and baby cot possible
- 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet
- Dining and living area in the courtyard with 1 guest toilet
- Comfortable seating areas ("bhou", Moroccan seating area)
- Kitchen for preparing meals with dishwasher
- Private rooftop terrace with seating to relax
- Possibility for home office (Internet/Wi-Fi throughout the house and workplace)
- TV and washing machine

The city's mandatory guest tax is €2.70 per person per night and must be paid to us on site (then goes to the authorities).

Recommendations: start your trip to Marrakech with a transfer organized by us at a fair price: pick up directly at the airport and then directly to your riad (from "Jemaa el Fna" on foot with luggage carrier). On request and according to capacity, we will also be happy to spoil you with culinary delights (breakfast, lunch and dinner possible).

For longer stays and on request, laundry and cleaning services are available.

The riad is very centrally located and just over a 5-minute walk from the famous Jemaa el Fna Square.

Stroll through the alleys of the old town and find countless restaurants and cafes, shopping, wellness facilities and attractions in the immediate vicinity.

For more atmosphere for our guests, the terraces of our riads are greened with plants. Depending on the weather (and depending on the length of stay), a gardener will come by for the care or we will combine it with the service (if possible, no inconvenience for the guests).
