The space
Riad Bouchra is located in a safe alley, hosting many guest houses.
It is composed of a charming patio, surrounded by its two small living rooms and an equipped kitchen, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, with Moroccan bathroom and toilet, and a beautiful 80 m2 terrace, sunny, its shaded pergola and sun loungers.
Riad Bouchra is a very old house. If you are looking for international standards and the look of the new, this place is not suitable.
There are old cracked tadelakts, thick irregular walls, vintage copper faucets, steps, passages where you have to lower your head...
The presence of narrow, steep stairs and wrought iron balconies requires a lot of vigilance, especially with children, who are not accepted for this reason.
Traditional Dars and Riads are open houses, common areas and patio do not have a roof. It can be very hot or cold, it may rain on the patio, or sand falls there. You can hear the street noise, cats can stay on the terrace and birds sing early in the morning!
Bedrooms, the only rooms that close, can be air-conditioned or heated.
Mobile heaters are available in other rooms, including the patio. If you want to stay in the lounges, close the thick curtains to keep warm.
The neighborhood is popular and lively, it can sometimes be very lively and noisy in the afternoon and in the late evening, there are people on the street, children playing, scooters passing by.
Outside of these periods, the neighborhood is quiet. Nights and mornings are particularly peaceful.

Guest access
The Riad is exclusive, it is entirely at your disposal. Only the staff is likely to come, with your permission, water the plants in particular, and at your request, prepare and serve breakfasts or meals.
If you arrive on your own, you will be greeted by Imane at the riad: let us know at least two hours before, because she does not live on the premises!
If you order an airport transfer, you will be totally taken in hand; once you drop off on the square or at its entrance, you will be driven on foot to the riad.
Are you heavily loaded? Imane will offer to have your luggage carried by porters to make your check-in more comfortable.
