Rex's house is a spacious Rustic House located right in front of the sea! It has a terrace with ocean views, a swimming pool, a community kitchen, and direct access to the beach with lounge chairs.
The room has an ocean view and features a king-size bed, clothes hanging space, table, 24-inch TV with cable, double-height ceiling, ceiling fan, and private bathroom.

* The washing machine cannot be used. It's just the managers.

The space
Rex's house is a spacious rustic house with double-height ceilings and comfortable spaces. It is located in front of the beach to which guests will have direct access at any time.
The house managers live in the house. They'll be there to help you with whatever you need.
The house has a shared kitchen where you can prepare your food, a terrace where you can eat overlooking the ocean, a swimming pool, hammocks and sunbeds, and beach umbrellas facing the ocean!
IMPORTANT! READ BEFORE BOOKING:
* The bedroom has blackout curtains and a ceiling fan (Photos were taken before installing them)
* The washing machine cannot be used, it is only for the caretakers' use.
* Read the House Rules.
* The house is located between Los Pinos and Bocapan, just outside Zorritos. It is a fairly quiet place, ideal for visitors who love the sea and nature, and want to spend days relaxing and resting.
* The area is natural, there are insects in the area.
* It is ideal for rustic lovers. If you want other types of amenities, please keep looking😉.
* The beach has large and small stones. These are protected by the Navy and cannot be moved due to environmental issues.
* Neighbors have their pets loose and our house is open. If you don't like pets, please refrain🫶.
* Leaving common areas dirty is not allowed. Please show your manners ❤️
If you have not taken these observations into account and the reservation was made, modifications will not be accepted for these reasons.

Guests have direct access to the beach, the oceanfront pool, the community kitchen, the terrace, and the inner courtyard overlooking the beach!
The house has a free parking space for 3 cars.

The house is inhabited by the managers who will be available to help you. They offer options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at a very good price and excellent taste!
They are in constant contact with me. You can also contact me by this means at any time and I will resolve any questions or problems that may arise.
Other things to note
The house is rustic, we have basic services and amenities at an unbeatable price.
The pool is now available! Yeiiiii. However, it has no bars or safety nets for children. This is something that tenants with small children should take into account.
If you're coming with small children and/or older adults, check out our place's amenities before you book, in case you need amenities we don't have.
We are right in front of the sea with direct access to it.

To Zorritos by motorcycle taxi/car 5 minutes to the market and 8 minutes to the center. Walking 25 minutes.
10 minutes by motorcycle taxi or car to the floating dock.
Casa Andina is 3 minutes by motorcycle taxi/car and 25 minutes on foot.
To Tumbes 55 minutes by bus.
To Tumbes Airport approximately 65 minutes.
To Mancora 1h 10 minutes.
Punta Sal: 50 minutes.
To Vichayito 1h 30 minutes.
Talara Airport 3 hours.
