Neighborhood highlights

This site is located at the bottom of a paved road at the very end near the ocean, panoramic view. There are rolling hills and landscapes, a rugged coastline, with the east coast trail running along the front edge of the property. There are trails and paths that can also be taken to walk through the town of Pouch Cove, a rocky beach 30 min hike away, swimming freshwater ponds nearby and plenty of places to explore. Only 15 minutes to St. John's, taxi cabs are available if you are to take a night out in town. Grocery stores are 15 minutes away, and convenience stores and liquor stores walking distance and a few minute's drive away.
