Welcome to The Haven, a beautifully designed, luxury vacation home within the charming town of Avalon. Jump in the bay, walk to town or bike to the beach. Filled with fabulous amenities and boasting beautiful bay views, The Haven offers the ultimate seaside escape with sleeping accommodations for up to ten. Guests pay for cleaning and linen service.

The space

When designing this luxurious getaway, the owners went to great lengths to incorporate high-end amenities and finishes throughout—including a saltwater pool with cabana, Serena & Lily® furnishings, beach-friendly hardwood floors, Wi-Fi boosters and Sonos® speakers—to give vacationers the memorable, effortless escape they deserve. The entry level features two spacious bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another “bunk room” that sleeps four/five—plus a full hallway bath. This entry level also includes a secondary family room with queen-size sleeper sofa and glass sliders leading to a lovely covered porch with outdoor sofa and lounge chairs. Upstairs, the bright and airy main level boasts a family-friendly open layout with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the gorgeous coastal vistas. A sparkling, all-white kitchen features island seating, brand-new stainless-steel appliances and gas cooking. The kitchen seamlessly flows into a lovely dining area with built-in window seat. Just beyond sits a soaring, light-filled family room with a brand-new, wall-mounted television and plentiful seating. Glass sliders open to another porch with oversize table that’s perfect for happy hours, game nights and dining al fresco! A closet pantry, powder room and full-size laundry room complete this breezy main level. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and ensuite full bath and the primary suite with king bed and ensuite full bath with dual vanities and large shower. The ease and elegance continue outdoors with an oversized outdoor space complete with saltwater pool and cabana with lounge area, TV and ping pong table. Beautiful landscaping, privacy fence, plush patio furniture, outdoor dining table, umbrellas, gas grill and outdoor shower are all you need to enjoy the outdoor space. Walk to town, bike to the beach or spend a lazy day poolside with family and friends; this spectacular beach home supplies all the ingredients for an effortless, fun-filled getaway.
