Welcome to the perfect balance of catskills mountain views and forests. Our cabin is situated on the Batavia kill river and it draws in the tranquil running water and the beautiful lush green hills. This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cabin has been completely gut renovated from top to bottom (before and after photo album is shared for your pleasure in the living room). Lots of love and care went into each design choice to ensure optimal comfort and enjoyment for our guests!

The space
3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, complete with a custom built kitchen and living room area. All our beds are brand new memory foam mattresses, with plush down duvets and crisp white sheets. Rest assured knowing that the home is brand new and untouched :)

Our deck is the perfect relaxation paradise. Large enough to lounge on our outdoor sectional, enjoy bbq'ing/eating at the outdoor dining table, and partake in a relaxing massage in the spa. The spa is set to 104 degrees year round and is treated ongoing with chemicals to make sure our guests are safe.

When you are not on the deck, you can be sitting around our fire pit taking in all of nature from the comfortable Adirondack chairs.

All linens and towels are provided for our guests. As well as body wash, shampoos and conditioners making your packing list a little lighter.

The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and cutlery you desire to make the most of your stay. Coffee machine, spices, blender, toaster, pots pans serving trays, baking dishes and more.

We took great care in curating this remodel, and welcome those who will take just as good of care of the space. The cabin is optimal for couples or groups looking for a relaxed weekend in the country.

The cabin is private and all yours! It sits on 2 acres of private land for you to enjoy and explore. We do have some sheds on the property that are not open to our guests, and those are marked. Other than that, we invite you to enjoy the property! Including the main house, the red reading barn A-Frame, the walk ways, and the fire pit.

The hamlet of Denver NY is located within the larger town of Roxbury. Our town is currently going through a bit of a renaissance, as new cafes and shops have opened on main street, with more on the way! We have hikes, cafes, local gift shops, restaurants, golf courses and more! The next large town over is Margaretville, located 10 minutes from the house, which has a large grocery store, gas station, restaurants and more!

Hi there! My wife, Kim, and I have hosted on Airbnb for a few years and have really loved getting to meet so many people. We are both transplants to NY and we are proud to call it our home. Both Kim and I were born in South Africa - I lived there my whole life until moving to NY in my 20’s and Kim grew up in CA and moved around the US before settling in New York. Our home in the Catskills is our happy place. We are so in love with the area and with our property and we can’t wait for you to also experience the magic that happens here :)
