Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and plenty of room to relax.

Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood in Suisun City, this home provides a comfortable and relaxing setting while remaining close to shopping centers, restaurants, entertainment, and many of Northern California’s most popular destinations. Guests can enjoy the quiet surroundings, nearby parks, walking trails, and easy access to everyday conveniences.
Its central location makes it an excellent base for exploring the region, with Napa Valley, Sacramento, and San Francisco all within convenient driving distance. The nearby Suisun Waterfront offers a variety of local restaurants, breweries, cafés, and beautiful marina views, creating a charming destination for dining and leisure.
Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Suisun Marsh, one of the largest protected wetland ecosystems on the West Coast. The area is known for its wildlife, birdwatching opportunities, scenic drives, and outdoor activities.
The home is also conveniently located near Travis Air Force Base and major transportation routes, including Interstate 80 and Highway 12, making travel throughout Northern California simple and convenient. Whether you're visiting for business, sightseeing, wine country tours, outdoor recreation, or a relaxing getaway, this location offers the perfect combination of comfort, accessibility, and convenience.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for choosing my home for your stay. It truly gives me pleasure to open my home to you and your family. I designed and prepared this home with care, comfort, and love, hoping it will meet your needs and help you enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay.
As I place this home in your hands, I kindly ask that you treat it with the same respect and care as you would your own home.
Before I walk you through the house, I would like to go over a few important house rules:
• No smoking inside the home
• No pets or animals inside the home
• No parties or large gatherings
• Please respect the neighbors and the property
There are outside security cameras for the safety and protection of the property, including monitoring for pets and animals. I sincerely hope you will take these requests to heart and help keep the home clean, peaceful, and enjoyable for everyone.
Now let me walk you through the home.
When you first walk in the front door and turn to your right, you will find the downstairs bathroom and laundry room. Toiletries and laundry access are available for your convenience.
As you walk upstairs, there is a linen closet with towels available for upstairs guests. The upstairs bathroom includes soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer located in the bottom cabinet.
Bedroom One has two twin beds available for use. There is also a pullout bed, although it is not prepared at this time since your group includes five guests.
Bedroom Two includes one full-size bed for two people and one twin-size bed for one person. Each bedroom includes a closet for hanging clothes.
In the upstairs hallway, there is a desk available if you would like a quiet place for writing or using your laptop.
Downstairs, the living room is designed for relaxing, socializing, and watching television. The TV remote control is located on the stand beside the TV. Please no roughhousing or playing in the living room.
Outside, there is a yard and climbing play activity for young children to enjoy. Please supervise children and use loving care with all outdoor equipment.
To the right of the living room is the master bedroom. It includes a queen-size bed for two people, two closets, and comfortable chairs for relaxing before bedtime.
In the kitchen:
• The first drawer next to the sink contains silverware
• The cabinets above contain dishes and glassware
• Pots and pans are located in the lower cabinets
• Dish detergent is provided
• The refrigerator includes an ice maker and water dispenser
• You are welcome to store your food and beverages during your stay
The dining area seats six people comfortably. Since your group includes five guests, there is extra seating available for your comfort.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. The entry code and address will be texted directly to your phone before arrival. Please note that the door will not unlock before 4:00 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM on your departure day. I kindly ask that you prepare the evening before by checking for all personal belongings and packing carefully so nothing is accidentally left behind.
