To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following rules:
1. **Check-In/Check-Out:**
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 NN
2. **Noise:**
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors.
3. **Cleanliness:**
- Keep the house clean and tidy. Dispose of trash properly.
- Wash dishes and utensils after use.
4. **Smoking:**
- No smoking inside the house.
- Use balcony or the designated smoking areas outside.
5. **Pets:**
- Pets are not allowed without prior approval.
- Additional fees may apply for approved pets.
6. **Guests:**
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Inform the host if you plan to have visitors.
7. **Security:**
- Lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
- Do not share access keys with anyone not registered.
8. **Utilities:**
- Turn off lights, air conditioning, and other appliances when not in use.
- Conserve water and electricity.
9. **Damage:**
- Report any damage or maintenance issues to the host immediately.
