An open A frame two blocks from the beach and within walking distance to Nehalem Bay State Park and the golf course. Manzanita's main street with shops and restaurants is a short 20 minute walk or few minutes drive. A wood burning stove is provided to keep you warm and cozy!
*This house is a one bedroom with a queen bed and a large loft. The loft space is where the additional two queen beds are located.
The space
Guests have full access to the entire house and yard. The space is very open and inviting for entire families or groups to hang out together in the house, backyard or front porch. Please note, there is one bedroom with queen bed downstairs. Upstairs you will find an open loft with two additional queen beds.

The space is all yours, including a private backyard with a covered area.
Other things to note
Welcome to the Regal Seagull! We are very excited to share our home with you and truly hope you enjoy your stay.
Check in is 3:00pm and we are sometimes able to accommodate an earlier time if need be. (Note only 4 cars are allowed on the property).
Check out is 11:00am
Please refer to the guest binder once you arrive for information about the house, area and checkout procedures.
Keys: The keypad on the front door will allow your access. You will receive the door code on arrival day.
Kitchen and Baths: Please feel free to use whatever pantry items you may find. We generally keep on hand oil, salt, and pepper. We have a Nespresso machine with available pods. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and paper supplies. You may find in the main bathroom other toiletry items under the sink. Use what you would like.
Television: We do not provide cable but have a smart tv. If you would like to play music from your personal device, there is a Bluetooth speaker for use.
Wood Stove and Heating: The wood burning stove is our preferred way to heat the house. Otherwise there are baseboard heaters throughout. Please be sure to turn the heat down at your departure. If you choose to use the stove, you are responsible for supervising all children near it. We do not provide firewood, but it is available for purchase throughout town.
Outdoors: There is a charcoal grill available for use. The large upper deck has lounge chairs provided which is great for stargazing with the hum of the ocean as background noise. Outdoor activity needs to end at 10:00pm.
Please respect our neighbors privacy and observe the quiet time of 10:00pm.
Checkout: We expect you to read the checkout procedures and to follow our requests.
Any non adherence to the rules will result in immediate eviction.
The weather at the coast can be unpredictable. We only have about handful of unbearably warm days, so if you are heat sensitive this may not be your choice for a summer get away. We do provide a couple fans and have a ceiling fan but no air conditioning. The evenings generally cool down and you can get a nice cross breeze with the windows open.
We live in a beautiful scenic area and do get the occasional critters that go along with that. Coyotes, bobcats, bears, raccoons and ants do roam the neighborhood on occasion. The house is seasonally treated for pests, but we do get the occasional ants. FYI to keep your food safe.
