The house is inside a gated community. The swimming pool, barbecue area and soccer field are for the exclusive use of the guests. At the back of the house there is a forest with native trees where marmosets and toucans visit. It's a very nice house to enjoy with the family. Parties or loud music are not allowed, it is a family environment and we do not accept disturbances. The number of rooms open for use will be in accordance with the number of guests. We do not open the upper floor of the house if there are not 10 guests

The space
The house is very spacious with lots of plants and nature. The kitchen is industrial and fully equipped. All sheets and bath linens are 100% cotton. The barbecue area has the equipment and a refrigerator that makes it easy to prepare everything.

Guest access
Guests can use the entire house, with the exception of the second floor and the laundry room, which are locked. When the reservation is for 10 people, we open the upstairs.
