We are 2 km from downtown and 1 km from the main beaches. I recommend going by car or renting, taxi is expensive.

The space
Check in from 4 pm. If by chance the apartment is ready earlier we release the early access, but it is possible to use the leisure area and store the bags at the reception if it arrives sooner and is not yet ready.
We'll definitely check out until 11:00 a.m. If necessary leave later check out the availability to add 1 more daily (WE DO NOT WORK WITH HALF A DAY).

The suite has a king bed and two single beds that are fitted under the king bed. It has Smart TV, ceiling fan and split air conditioner.
In the living room is a sofa bed that turns 2 single beds, smart tv, air conditioning, ceiling fan and social bathroom with shower.
In the kitchen there are table, fridge, electric oven, microwave, cooktop stove, blender, cutlery, pots, glasses and dishes. kim????????????????????????????????
The home appliances operate at a voltage of 220 volts.
Residencial Monte das Oliveiras, is located 600 meters from Parracho beach (access by foot by staircase, being 10 minutes walking, I DO NOT RECOMMEND walking, the turn on the staircase is heavy for those who do not have an excellent physical preparation) and 2 km from the center. The ideal is to be by car for better locomotion, I DO NOT RECOMMEND going without a car, taxi drivers charge well salty booked values.

We do not charge a cleaning fee, but the house must be delivered under the same conditions it received, clean and organized. If you do not want to have the work of cleaning and organizing, you will be charged the amount of R$200.00 to cover the costs of the cleaning lady.
We do NOT charge for the supply of 1 set of linens, blankets and 1 towel for each guest, but to provide it is necessary to leave security for damages of R$200.00, if you bring your linen, no deposit is required. At the check-out after the conference, the deposit will be returned if there is no expense to be dropped.
Airbnb's Aircover insurance since April/2026 no longer covers damage to bed and bath linens caused by guests, as unfortunately damage is frequent mainly due to makeup on towels, deposit is required. For women who wear makeup, I suggest bringing a towel to clean your face to avoid damage. For stained towels or linens, especially with makeup, you will be charged for new items.
Extra bed and bath changes during the accommodation will have the cost of the laundry transferred, with the amount of R$3.00 each piece regardless of size. Requires to request 24 hours in advance.
We do not provide pool and beach towels.
