We are in a quiet area of the countryside that captures the essence of authentic Cabo Rojo. Located in Boquerón, this house is the perfect retreat for couples and families looking for a relaxing and disconnecting experience, while enjoying the beauties of West Puerto Rico - the island of charm!
What makes this place special:
Strategic Location: Comfortable apartment in quiet country area, but within walking distance of the main points of interest. We are only 3 minutes from the Spa and Poblado de Boquerón. Only 10 minutes from Playa Buyé, 15 min to Combate, the Salinas, the Cabo Rojo Lighthouse and Playa Sucia. Shops less than 5 minutes away and services such as banks, shops and supermarkets are only 10-15 min away.

You will be in the apartment on the ground and you will have the total privacy of the space to yourself.
Room 1 (Master): Full-size bed with mattress, closet, Smart TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2: 1 full-size bed and 1 single bed, closet, Smart TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
The bathroom has double access (connects to the master room and the room), ideal for everyone's comfort.
Concept Abierto: Living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. Equipped with PlayStation 5 (PS5) and Smart TVs (guest mode) and ACs in all rooms for moments of rest.
Exterior: Enjoy a covered canopy and gated parking, BBQ and a hammock perfect for naps under the country breeze. Washer and dryer on property.
Sustainable Energy: We have a solar system, which guarantees that your stay is not interrupted by blackouts. (Note: We do not have a cistern and are not responsible for interruptions of service by the Authority.)
