Redwood Perch is a peaceful Sea Ranch retreat with mid-century modern design, perched high among redwoods with ocean views, starry skies, and quiet spaces to recharge. Two ensuite bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, deck, barbecue, gas fireplace, workspace, Wi-Fi, and rec center passes make it ideal for couples, friend, cooks, hikers, readers, and pets. The hillside setting is part of the magic - and the six flights of exterior stairs to the house are well worth it.

Other things to note
-We do provide guest passes for the recreational centers in the Sea Ranch.

- Cell reception in some parts of the coast can be spotty, regardless of which carrier you have. Please take this into account when planning your trip.

-We live in a remote area, surrounded by redwoods and the ocean. Please be aware that wildlife, including ants, spiders, raccoons, and bears, are common in the area. While we do our best to prevent animals from entering the house, occasional visitors may still find their way inside.
