Ideal for 10 guests, but can welcome up to 16. Enjoy Fibr WiFi and Netflix during your stay. Extra guests beyond 10 are ₱500/night per pax with amenities included.
The space
Early Check-in and Late Check-out will depend on the availability of the unit. Please note that we charge a fee of Php 400 / hr to cover for the utilities.
In any case of breakage and loses during a guest's stay, he/she is charged of Php1000 per item. (Everything is documented, so please be careful)
Enjoy a comfortable and home-y experience in my humble abode. The house is located inside a peaceful and not congested neighbourhood. So, you might need to ride a tricycle in order to reach the residence, walking is also a healthy option. Though be wary of a few dogs in the subdivision.
If you are to rearrange some furniture inside the residential premises, please be mindful to RETURN it to its proper place before checking out.

The house keys are placed inside the key storage located at the entrance gate. Guests will be given a code to access the key storage. For security purposes, the access code will be provided 15 minutes before your scheduled check-in time.

If you need to rearrange any furniture inside the house or property, kindly make sure to return everything to its proper place before checking out. Thank you for helping us keep the home ready and comfortable for the next guests.

◦ wash the dishes
◦ leave the premises in a reasonable and tidy condition
◦ take out kitchen trash
For guests who will stay for longer nights, you can have cleaning arranged for Php600/cleaning. (Basic cleaning, change of sheets and towels, and trash removal)
If you are to rearrange some furniture inside the residential premises, please be mindful to RETURN it to its proper place before checking out.
