Enjoy a modern rustic design with a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and space for your whole group across three floors. Perfect for an unforgettable mountain adventure, with riverfront access and dedicated parking.

This can be rented by itself (10 people) or combined with our sister property, just steps away, to host up to 17 people.

* Multiple coffee makers are provided for your morning brew.

**Bedrooms & Bathrooms (3 Floors):**
* **Master Bedroom:** A relaxing sanctuary with a King bed and a private balcony.
* **Second Bedroom:** A comfortable room with a Queen bed.
* **Third-Floor Loft:** A spacious area with multiple bunk beds, perfect for kids or larger groups.
* Premium Beekman toiletries are provided in the bathrooms.

Shared Common Area: The front of the property opens to a wonderful common area shared with other units. This space includes a fire pit, picnic tables, and a swing near the river—perfect for making s'mores, games, or simply relaxing.

Parking: Our home has two dedicated heated parking spaces right in front of the door for you and your family/guests.

Outdoor Living: Enjoy the best of mountain life with access to your private propane grill and the shared riverfront common area, complete with a fire pit and picnic space.

Fireplace: Please use caution with the wood-burning fireplace. Ensure the flue is open before starting a fire and that the fire is completely extinguished before checking out or going to bed.

Neighborhood highlights

One of the closest homes in Red River to the ski lift area. There are wonderful restaurants, diners, coffee shops, breweries and stores just blocks away on Main Street. There is also a great ropes course, chair zipline, tubing, and a go cart track within a couple hundred yards.

We've been traveling to Red River with our family for over 10 years and my wife grew up coming to Red River as a child. Our family loves the family atmosphere of Red River. We enjoy coming here to ski but we love coming here in the summer even more to get out of the Texas heat and enjoy the beautiful mountains and summer activities.
