Recently updated unique lighthouse replica on the northern tip of the Chesapeake Bay. 4 bedrooms & 2 sleeping nooks, the house can sleep up to 14 in 6 beds (3 kings, 1 queen, 2 doubles) and one queen sofa bed. 4 bathrooms - 2 ensuite. Two living rooms, fully equipped kitchen, family style dining area. Wrap around decks on multiple floors. Firepit, Adirondack seating, lawn games for enjoying 1.5 acres with water views. Community sandy beach across the street for strolling & relaxing.
The space
Located right next to a sandy beach, boat ramp, parkland, and swimming area. Fishing, restaurants, antiquing, hiking, Elk Neck State Park within minutes.
*Please note that the beach is not private to the house. Neighborhood residents and their guests may use the beach area for fishing, swimming, congregating, etc, and it may get crowded/noisy in the summer months.
Linens/basic amenities (towels, sheets, paper towels, dish soap, and an initial amount of toilet paper) are included. Wheelchair accessible on main floor only.
Guest access
Guests are permitted to enjoy the house freely, including beach and dock access. There is one locked supply closet, which guests are not permitted to use.
Other things to note
Pets are welcome. However, we must be informed and there is a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee, per pet.
The standard capacity of the home is 8. The maximum capacity for the home is 14. For any guests over the standard capacity, there is a $25 per person per night fee added to the rental.
There is a 3 night minimum for non-holiday off season stays, and a 4 night minimum for holiday stays and in season weekends .
The hot tub has been removed due to electrical concerns. Sorry!
Events must be negotiated and contracted separately. Guests are not permitted to have additional visitors to the property or private beach. Our neighbors are locals who live here year round, please be respectful of them.
