Escape to the "Northwoods" of Onalaska! This guest room is next door to our restaurant, Red Pines Bar & Grill so a stay here means access to a full-service restaurant & bar, volleyball courts, the lake and great people. We are always available if you need anything during your stay. We also have our Red Pines Cafe open 7:30 am seven days a week when the main restaurant is closed. There are 5 other rooms in Red Pines Lodging so the space is basically a hotel with your own private access.

This room is on the 2nd floor and comes complete with a full kitchen, microwave, pots, dishes, glassware and linens. The property is located on Lake Onalaska on Brices Prairie rich in natural beauty but close to all the unique offerings of La Crosse - just 15-20 min away.

Neighborhood highlights

In addition to our restaurant, Schafer's River Rentals is just a block away for fishing, boat/kayak/canoe rentals. A visit to the Visitor Center and you can walk the trails through the prairie and out to an overlook. At the overlook you are looking at the Mississippi River. This stretch is called Lake Onalaska you could see bald eagles or waterfowl.
