Welcome to Red Mesa Ranch! Just 8 miles East of Kanab, on 5 acres surrounded by open space, and amazing red rock views. Centrally located to all your favorite adventure destinations. Come settle in, and relax after the days adventures. Gather together to do some grilling and relax on the patio, while watching the sun set over the mesa, or making S'mores around the fire, under a night sky perfect for stargazing.
We have plenty of parking to bring your toys. Horse stalls are available.
The space
The ranch house was built in 2022 with you in mind! The open concept living room, Kitchen and dining room with its high ceilings, and large windows, allows for plenty of natural light, and beautiful views.
Living Area- Comfy couches, a gas fireplace, and a 55" TV. Games and books .
The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. Enjoy the coffee bar, stocked with coffee from our local roasters, as well as Hot chocolate, and a variety of teas.
Three of the 4 bedrooms (Excluding the Bunkroom) have their own 42" TV's. The master and middle bedroom have their own private patio.
There are 3 bathrooms - 2 private, and a Jack & Jill bathroom that is shared with the bunkroom.
A large laundry room with upgraded Speed Queen washer and dryer. with a rod for hanging, and a countertop for folding. Laundry soap, dryer sheets, Iron, and Ironing board, complete this space.
The front porch rocking chairs are perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening, and there is a back patio, for grilling, sunsets over the Mesa , and lawn games.
The firepit is a great place to hang out for S'mores, and The dark skies are amazing for Stargazing.
We do have 2 ranch dogs, 3 horses, and 2 goats who are always happy to see you and visit if you like!

You will have the whole house to yourself. Please make yourself at home, and feel free to enjoy the property as well. We do have a welcoming committee... 2 dogs ....Ayla, and Cricket... Ayla loves to play! 3 horses, Kitt, Boni, & Stetson, and 2 of the cutest goats, that you are welcome to visit as well. We do live next door, so be sure to say hello, or let us know if there is anything you need. You will see us out taking care of the animals, but your privacy is our priority.

Neighborhood highlights
We are rural, so we are on a well maintained hard pack gravel road less than a 1/4 mile off the pavement It is quiet, with just a few friendly neighbors. We love our beautiful views, and our dark sky! Hiking and riding right from the property, near the mouth of Johnson Canyon, with lots of trails for ATVs horses, and hiking. There is also a beautiful Mountain bike trail going in 2 miles from us.
