The space
A boutique stay above one of Carbondale’s favorite cafés and restaurants. Enjoy cozy upstairs rooms in a historic home with great coffee, food, and drinks just downstairs.

Our property is classified as a Bed & Breakfast, though it’s a bit different from the traditional B&B experience. Sprazzo is located in a beautifully restored historic home in downtown Carbondale. The restaurant occupies the main level, while the two guest rooms are located upstairs, offering visitors a unique opportunity to stay in the heart of town.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the café, restaurant, and bar during business hours (Wednesday–Saturday, 7am–1pm & 4pm–9pm). After hours, guests also have access to our lounge—perfect for relaxing with a book or a quiet nightcap. Breakfast is not included...there's just no better listing classification for this unique space.

Guest access
Guests will enter via the front entrance using the code. Your rooms are up the stairs immediately to the right. After the cafe and restaurant business hours, guests may still access the lounge located on the ground floo
