Spend your afternoon swimming at the nearby boat landing, floating down the river, or visiting the charming Bee City Zoo. Then return to our cozy and thoughtfully designed River Home to relax and unwind after a perfect Lowcountry day.

This home has the cutest, most efficient floorplan — absolutely no wasted space!
You’ll enter the house from the upstairs front porch.
Step directly into the open-concept living room and kitchen, making it perfect for gathering with friends and family.
A washer & dryer is located just off the kitchen for your convenience.
🛏️ Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Master Suite (Left of Living Room): Features access to the front porch, a private bathroom, and a super comfy reading chair with a view of the Edisto River.
Second Bedroom (Right Hallway): Located just beyond the first guest bathroom on the left.
Third Bedroom: Across the hall from the second bedroom.
Every bedroom and the living room are equipped with Smart TVs for your entertainment.
🐾 Bring Your Furry Family Members!
We welcome up to two dogs with a nonrefundable $200 pet fee. They’ll love the river just as much as you do!

🚗 Parking Information – Please Read!
Do NOT block the shared driveway or boat ramp
Do NOT park in the front or back yard
Additional parking is available across the road in the grassy area
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated to ensure a smooth stay for everyone!
📝 Important Notes
Guest Count: Base rate covers up to 6 guests. We allow up to 10 guests with an additional nightly fee. Please provide an accurate guest count — supplies and bedding are based on your number.
Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs allowed, $200 nonrefundable fee
Smoking Policy: No smoking inside or on covered porches. Any smoking-related debris will incur an extra fee.

**For Your Convenience, We Provide the Following Essentials Per Stay:**
* 1 roll of paper towels
* 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
* 2 kitchen trash bags
* Laundry detergent for a couple of loads
* Dishwasher tablets for a couple of loads
* Dish soap
* Hand soap
* Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
* 1 towel per guest listed on the reservation
*starter coffee, creamer and sugar
Please note: These items are intended to get you started and may not last the entire stay. For longer visits or additional needs, we recommend planning a quick trip to a nearby store.
🪲Hate bugs? Us too — YUCK!
We use professional pest control regularly, but this is the South, and unfortunately, bugs are just part of life here. They love the warm weather and water just as much as we do!
If you happen to see a bug, please don’t panic — it doesn’t mean the house isn’t clean. It just means one got curious (ew). Please message us right away so we can address it.
To help prevent unwanted visitors, make sure all doors and windows are closed tightly.
Note: Bug sightings do not qualify for a refund.
